Instructions - How to Make

TIMING - You need to drink 1 tea bag or 2 grams of Himalayan Green Tea on a daily basis, immediately after any meal. Don't skip tea cups, however in case you miss it then it's better to take it delayed rather than skipping it. You should take it on all days irrespective of period days, ovulation days, travelling or fasting. Start as soon as you receive the pack and repeat the order at least 7-10 Days in advance so as to avoid any gaps because of delivery time.
PREPARATION FROM TEA BAG - For preparing a cup of Tea - dip 1 tea bag in 200 ml of boiled water (around 95˚C). Please don't boil the tea bags directly on fire. Cover the cup with a lid and let it stay for around 5 minutes till a beautiful color appears. Pull out the tea bag out and drink the cup.
PREPARATION OF LOOSE TEA - For preparing 1 cup, take 1 spoon (2 gram) of leaves in 1 cup (in 200 ml) of boiled water (at 95˚C). Please don't boil the leaves directly on the fire. Cover the cup with a lid and let it stay for around 5 minutes till a beautiful color appears. Strain the tea leaves and enjoy the cup.
SPECIAL NOTES - Avoid using milk or sugar with this tea. Milk will bring down the effectiveness and sugar is bad for health. You can add honey, lime or jaggery. Being a herbal tea temperature will not affect the effectiveness of the tea. You can drink it hot or cold, however, the infusion of the leaves will happen best in boiled water.

Studies have shown the Himalayan variety of green tea to be one of the healthiest of all green teas available around the globe. Himalayan Green Teas fuels your body with nutrients that help support not only everyday needs but also illness based needs. Sencha is the most common type of green tea. In fact the most frequently drunk and well-known variety of green tea is Sencha. The process of manufacturing Sencha is the most common, whereby the leaves are steamed and rolled to produce Sencha tea leaves.

Many studies suggest that children under 18 years of age should not take green tree extract. During pregnancy, it is recommended to drink less than 300mg of caffeine content as the content more than that is possibly insecure. It can lead to increased risks of miscarriage and other negative effects. Also, breast-feeding mothers should avoid more than 2 cups of green tea as it can pass to infants through breast milk

Green tea can be taken anytime during the day, although it is recommended to take 2 grams of 1 tea bag a day (200-300 ml, after meal) of Green tea before the workout to increase the fat burn process. Also, it is suggested to take Green tea after meals to stimulate metabolism, although avoid it if you have sensitive stomach.

According to study, consumption of 320mg of polyphenols is considered good for a day. So having about three cups of Green Tea is considered good to reap all benefits of Green Tea. For those looking to loose weight, upto 4 cups of green tea can be taken.

Green Tea should be avoided empty stomach if you have a sensitive stomach. Green Tea contains polyphenols called tannins which increase stomach acid which leads to feeling of nausea, burning sensation or even constipation. Such people should take Green Tea after meals or in between meals.

Green tea has many beneficial components which promote sound sleep along with stress relieving compounds. But it also contains caffeine which is known to bring alertness and focus which can interfere with having good sleep.
