Instructions - How to Make
To enjoy this signature Teacurry Masala Chai at its best, use one heaping teaspoon (2 grams) of this Masala chai to prepare each cup. Bring water (around 80 ml) to a rolling boil (100 ˚C) and allow it to sit for 30 seconds. Add one heaping teaspoon (2 grams) of this chai, cover it and let it steep for around 4 minutes. Add some milk (around 70 ml) and a spoon of sugar (2 grams) into the pan and let it sit on low heat for an additional minute. Strain the Masala chai into a cup to serve for your sips.
